Lets look at negative feelings. It’s quite simple. Positive feelings is anything that make you feel GOOD. While negative feelings is anything that makes you feel BAD. Self explanatory, right? So, excitement-happiness-love, those are all good. Anxiety-fear-regret, those are all bad.
So when the bad feelings are overriding the good, what do we do? When we are feeling bad, it is hard to think positive. We all have days that we call ‘bad days’ and we will get through it and tomorrow will be better. Right? Lets change the bad days to good days and that every day is a great day!
